These Terms of Service govern your use of the ResidentLink 360 website and platform. Please read them carefully.
Agreement to these terms
By accessing this website or using the ResidentLink 360 platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it. Where your organisation has signed a separate subscription agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
The service
ResidentLink 360 provides software for residential block management, including property and resident records, maintenance and compliance workflows, parcel management, key and access logs, resident communications, news and updates, and, on eligible plans, an AI Building Assistant. Features may vary by plan.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your accounts.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
- upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- reverse engineer the service, except as permitted by law;
- resell or provide the service to third parties without our written consent.
Customer data
You keep all rights to the data you put into the platform. You grant us the rights we need to host and process it in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process resident data, and we process it on your behalf in line with our data processing agreement and our Privacy Policy.
AI features
AI Building Assistant outputs are generated automatically and are meant to support, not replace, professional judgement. You should review suggested actions, especially safety, compliance or financial decisions, before relying on them.
Fees
Fees are set out in your proposal or order form. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of VAT.
Availability and support
We aim for 99.9% platform availability, excluding planned maintenance, which we schedule outside business hours where possible. Support and service levels for your plan are described in your subscription agreement.
Intellectual property
The service, the website and their content, including software, designs and trademarks, belong to ResidentLink 360 or its licensors. These terms give you no rights to them other than the right to use the service as described here.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid or payable for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may end the service as set out in your subscription agreement. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached. When the service ends, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period and then delete it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
